Welcome & Check-In Team
Greet families warmly, manage sign-in, distribute number tickets, and direct traffic flow.
Distribution Table Volunteers
Hand out diaper bundles, refill tables, track sizes being distributed, and keep tables organized.
Size Guide Helper
Help parents choose the correct diaper size and answer basic questions using size reference materials.
Floater / Family Support
Help families carry items, engage with kids, answer questions, and jump in where needed.
Media & Content Volunteer
Take photos (with permission), capture video clips, get testimonials, and create social content.
Inventory Runner
Monitor back stock, restock tables quickly, and track depletion rate throughout the event.
Cleanup Crew
Break down tables, pack leftover inventory, sweep the area, and load vehicles/storage.
